New York State Office of Children and Family Services 

Provides a system of family support, juvenile justice, child care, and child welfare services that promote the safety and well-being of children and adults.

 

New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) 

Oversees one of the nation’s largest substance use disorder systems of care. Helps with prevention, treatment, and recovery programs.

 

New York State Office of Mental Health (OHM) 

Operates psychiatric centers across the state. OHM also oversees programs operated by local governments and nonprofit agencies.

 

New York State Department of Health 

Provides programs to aid population health.

 

New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities 

Arranges services for New Yorkers with developmental disabilities. Some involve intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorders, Prader-Willi syndrome, and other neurological impairments.

 

New York State Office of Mental Health (OHM)/Transition Age Youth 

Supports members ages 16-25, living with mental health issues, transitioning from a child-based system to adulthood.

 

OnTrackNY 

Treatment programs for adolescents and young adults who lately have had unusual thoughts and actions. Helps people reach their goals for school, work, and relationships.

 

Project TEACH 

Strengthens and supports the ability of New York’s pediatric primary care providers (PCPs) to deliver care to children and parents who go through mild-to-average mental health concerns.
