Need a little extra help?
Our Social Resource Team (SRT) is here to help VA Medicaid members tackle health-related social needs that could be affecting their overall health and access to care—at no cost. Whether you need support with transportation, access to nutritious food, help with bills like rent and utilities, or connections to employment and educational opportunities, the SRT is ready to connect you with the resources you need for a healthier, more stable life.
Hey Peers
Hey Peers provides convenient and confidential video conference-based meetings to help with behavioral health issues. In these meetings, you can talk with others from your computer, tablet, or smartphone — you decide if you want to turn on your webcam.
Get ideas, test out methods, or use your group to assist you in a way that is the most useful to you. Each meeting is led by a specially trained facilitator who has experience like your own.
